Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between the operators of Velvet Visit (the "Site") and anyone who browses it. Using the Site, including continuing to browse it, means you accept everything below. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.
1. Age of entry
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By entering and continuing to browse you declare that you are at least 18, that you choose to view adult content of your own free will, and that you are legally allowed to view it. A minor must leave the Site immediately. The operators are not responsible for a minor entering the Site in breach of these terms or on the basis of a false declaration. See the 18+ notice.
2. Nature of the Site
The Site is an online platform and advertising board only. The Site itself does not offer, provide, arrange, mediate or recommend any service, is not an agency, does not employ advertisers, does not represent them, takes no commission from meetings, and does not call on anyone, or encourage anyone, to do anything. The information is intended for the leisure and entertainment of adults. The Site does not define or confirm the nature of the service any advertiser offers.
3. Advertisers are solely responsible for their ads
Ads are written and uploaded by advertisers, or by people acting for them, and are not edited or initiated by the Site. Responsibility for the content of an ad, including the accuracy of the details, age, photos, prices, the nature of the service and its legality, lies with the advertiser alone. The advertiser declares that they are at least 18, that they hold the rights to the photos and content, that the ad does not infringe the rights of others or any law, and that they are responsible for meeting every legal obligation that applies to them, including licensing, taxes and reporting.
4. No checking, no promise
The Site does not check ads before they are published and does not verify the identity of advertisers, the photos or the accuracy of the details. The operators do not know the advertisers personally and do not know the intentions of visitors. Some photos and content may be illustrative only, edited or out of date. Showing an ad is not a recommendation and not confirmation of the quality or legality of the offer.
5. Meetings and agreements
Any contact, meeting, price, payment and agreement is made directly between the visitor and the advertiser, by mutual consent and at their own responsibility. The Site is not a party to it and is not responsible for it. Each side is responsible for acting within the law and for respecting the other person’s wishes and boundaries.
6. Prohibited content and removal of ads
It is forbidden to publish on the Site, or use it for: any content involving minors; coercion, exploitation, threats or human trafficking; an offer of, or a hint at, activity that is prohibited by law; false details, impersonation, or another person’s photos without consent; harassment, fraud, threats, defamation or abusive content; spam and unrelated advertising. The Site may, at its discretion, reject, edit, remove or suspend any ad and block any user at any time, without prior notice and without refunding any payment.
7. Visitors’ responsibility
Visitors are responsible for their own judgement and actions. Information from the Site must not be used to harm, harass, follow or collect details about anyone, and ads or photos must not be copied for publication elsewhere without permission. Breaking these terms may expose you to legal action.
8. Limitation of liability
The Site and its services are provided "as is", without any representation or commitment of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operators are not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, financial, physical or emotional, including legal costs, arising from use of the Site, reliance on an ad, the actions of advertisers or visitors, a meeting that came about through the Site, fraud or impersonation by a third party, a break-in or content posted by an unauthorised party, or failures of hosting, communications or infrastructure. This applies even if the operators were told that such damage was possible. The Site does not promise uninterrupted operation.
9. Intellectual property
The design of the Site, the logo, the brand name and the texts we wrote belong to Velvet Visit and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission. Photos and content in the ads belong to the advertisers or the rights holders. Anyone who breaks this rule bears the costs caused to the Site, including legal fees.
10. Reporting an ad
Have you found an ad that is false, misleading, abusive, involves minors or offers prohibited activity? Write to us through the contact page. We review every report and remove a problematic ad promptly.
11. Privacy
How we handle information about visitors is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
12. Changes to the terms
The operators may change these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page, and continued use of the Site means you accept it.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the Site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If the Hebrew text and a translation differ, the Hebrew text prevails.
